We are happy to answer any questions, as many of them are repeated, take a look at the most common ones:

How long will it take for me to have the ordered goods at home?
In-stock items are usually shipped the next business day at the latest.

What if I order a size that doesn't fit?
If the product does not suit you, contact us. If the size you need is not in stock, you can choose a completely different product or we will refund your money.

I returned the goods, how long will it take to get my money back?
We try to return the money as quickly as possible. However, no later than 14 days after receiving the "Withdrawal from the purchase contract". 

Can I return underwear or swimwear purchased online?
In the case of an assortment of an intimate nature, such as swimwear, the goods must not be used at all. The basic hygienic prerequisites for testing must be observed - testing through underwear or using e.g. the enclosed protective film (in the case of swimwear). If the specified hygienic conditions are not observed, it will not be possible to return the goods due to their nature (on the basis of Directive 97/7/EC on consumer protection, in the case of distance contracts).

I need advice on choosing a size, where can I find size charts?
You can find them on the page of the selected product.

Is it possible to modify the created order, for example add or remove something to it?
Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to intervene in the created order and modify it in any way.

What is the status of my order?
We would be happy to find out the status of your order. Email us at info@timme.sk and we will inform you immediately.

Is it possible to order goods abroad?
We send goods to the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland, France, Croatia, Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Spain, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom. 

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for orders by credit card or cash on delivery.

Can I send the claimed goods back on cash on delivery?
No, claimed goods sent on cash on delivery will not be accepted, you must send the package by registered mail.
